Test Results?
If you’ve submitted your DNA sample swabs and haven’t gotten your results, you can call the DNA lab directly to check on results. Please allow the estimated time interval before calling about results. Here’s the contact information for each lab:
BioPet Vet Lab 866-883-7389 - Generally, you’ll receive your results in the mail in about 2 weeks from the time BioPet receives your sample.
Metamorphix (Canine Heritage) 800-362-3644 – Metamorphix says results can take 5-6 weeks, but it’s usually less.
Mars Veterinary (Wisdom Panel/Breed Insights/Vet Pro) 888-597-3883 – Mars generally sends you an email in about 3 weeks from receipt with your results.
